Dreaming a City

Set against the national backdrop of the turbulent late 1960’s, the play dramatizes the work of a group of local politicians and business leaders who created a major urban university and unified the city and county governments in Indianapolis. These events sparked the beginning of many other projects that subsequently turned Indianapolis into a modern city.
