We practice biodynamic wine making.

In the autumn, we bury cow horns filled with manure in the vineyard.
The cosmic energy of the sun and the rain seeps into the manure inside the horns, and when it's solstice, we dig them up, we mix the manure in a barrel by hand and then we spray that mix on the vines to enrich the soil and keep everything in balance.

Stanley died right before we usually do it, and I forgot.

So, J, if you imagine a line all the way up through the cross, you'll see the constellations of Carina and Vela.

You know when I was little and we had a pet die, mum would ask me to choose a star for it, so every time we looked up at the sky we could imagine it watching over us.
I had one for my horse, Holly.
One for Fitz the cat, and that one just at the top, the Southern Cross, that's -- that's mum.
It's a very nice choice.
Think it's too late to choose one for Stanley?
No, we could, uh, we could choose one together, perhaps something close to your mum.
